• EduSpark – Provides educational institution automation, student management, and transparency solutions.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated details during registration.
• Use services only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse the platform for unauthorized access, hacking, data scraping, or spamming.

3. Intellectual Property

• All rights, titles, and interest in software, technologies, designs, and content remain with Incrasoft.
• Clients retain ownership of their uploaded content, data, and records.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Services are available on a subscription/licensing model.
• Billing cycle: Yearly
• Renewals processed automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds subject to company policy and applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last billing cycle.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Incrasoft harmless against claims, damages, and expenses arising from misuse of our services or violations of these Terms.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana,India.
• Disputes to be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

8. Termination

• Incrasoft may suspend or terminate access in cases of non-payment, misuse, or legal violations.
• Users may terminate by discontinuing use and requesting account deactivation.

9. Modifications
